Blade

Blade from the bottom. I made the blade from 15 layers of unicarbon and two layers of light carbon cloth (on bias). Carbon was bagged with nylon peel-ply and lots of toilet paper on one side, so all the excess epoxy was pressed out. I sanded the blade under running water. When it was completed, I applied some thin CA and then sanded again. It was very smooth and slippery. Blade is little bit longer (6cm), wider (14mm) and thicker (1.9mm) than the one on plans. It is very comfortable.
