Cores are from Les. They were perfect, but since it is my first wing I oversanded them a little bit in the tip panel :( Layup is 49 gr/m2 (1.4oz) glass + 36 gr/m2 (1oz) kevlar. Precured spar is from the own-made 0.5mm (0.020") thick, two layer laminate. Spars are 1.5 times wider than called on the plans. Weight of the panel before layup was 38,4 gr (includes spar and leading edge tape). Final weight before trimming is 67,5 gr.
